Casa Zeni Signorelli is a bright and charming suite which develops on 2 levels. On the lower floor you will access to the modern and large kitchen equipped with: oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer in one. On the same floor you will find one double room with Sat TV and a special access to the bathroom adorned by a original stone art sculpture. The bathroom is complete with amazing shower made with Italian travertine.
A beautiful stone staircase leads you to the upper floor where you will have at your disposal a large living room full of sophisticated details and view of Cortona's traditional architecture, complete with satellite TV and sofa. The living room leads to the other double room with satellite TV and bathroom with shower.
You will be surprised from all materials used to restore the house like stone, wood, glass and ironwork, all together as a fusion will take you into a dream giving the emotion to be in your house.
Casa Zeni Signorelli has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Air conditioning and heating are included in the rental price. Services included are a bathroom courtesy kit shampoo, shower gel. For one week staying there will be a welcome present.
The suite sleeps up to 4 people, but upon necessity it can combined with Casa Zeni Berrettini and Casa Zeni Severini on the first and ground floor of the building, which can accommodate up to more 2 and 2 persons respectively.
Casa Zeni Signorelli è un'ampia suite molto luminosa e confortevole sviluppata su due livelli. Al piano inferiore accederete alla grande e moderna cucina, completamente attrezzata e provvista di elettrodomestici come forno, frigorifero, freezer, lavastoviglie, tostapane, macchina da caffè, lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Nello stesso piano troverete la prima camera matrimoniale, un'elegante suite provvista di TV satellitare con annesso antibagno impreziosito da opere d'arte in pietra serena e bagno completo di doccia.
Una bellissima scala vi condurrà al livello superiore dove avrete a vostra disposizione un grande soggiorno ricco di dettagli sofisticati e con vista sui caratteristici edifici cortonesi, completo di TV satellitare e divano. Dal soggiorno si accede alla seconda suite matrimoniale anch'essa provvista di TV satellitare e di bagno completo con kit di cortesia sapone shampoo e doccia schiuma.
Rimarrete stupiti dei dettagli in pietra, legno, vetro e ferro di cui è ricco e della maestria con cui questi materiali sono stati assemblati per donarvi un luogo dal design unico.
Casa Zeni Signorelli dispone di connessione internet WIFI free e di aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti. Per gli ospiti i consumi di aria condizionata e riscaldamento sono inclusi nel canone di affitto.
La suite può ospitare fino a 4 persone ma all’occorrenza può essere abbinata alle altre suite Casa Zeni Berrettini e Casa Zeni Severini poste al primo piano ed al piano terra dell'edificio, le quali possono ospitare altre 2 persone ciascuna.
